 The Next Level provides speed and agility training, which allows a player to use improved strength, power, flexibility, and stability on the court. This training will make a visible difference in performance. Training will include acceleration, speed mechanics, multidirectional speed, direction changes, and plyometrics. Vertical Jump Add 2 3 inches or more
Full Court Sprint Improve range from 0.10 to 0.50 seconds
Agility Run Improve run 2 or more seconds
(a series of cuts that take 10 12 seconds to complete)
