Agility and Speed Training:

Agility and speed training provides intense speed and agility work which allows a player to use improved strength, power, flexibility, and stability on the court. This training will make a visible difference in performance. Training will include acceleration, speed mechanics, multidirectional speed, direction changes, and plyometrics
